Green Square is LEED Silver Rated
Our buildings are rated under the US Green Building Council’s LEED rating system for sustainable buildings. The system is used internationally and is the leading rating system for sustainable buildings (and served as the basis for the Austin Green Building rating system).
Not all green buildings are created equal. While some developers may claim “green” elements, achieving a LEED silver rating requires careful design, significant teamwork, and true dedication to every element of every building. This is why a LEED rating is so significant, and why every building that's LEED certified receives a special plaque to display on their building. Designated Tree is proud to have achieved this truly special designation.
